We use an epoxy to repair linoleum floors, hand painting the
pattern in each layer before sealing it with a durable clear coat.

REAL & FAUX WOOD

This faux wood/vinyl floor was chemically burned.
We can also repair and replicate the grain on real wood, paper paneling...

...and laminate floors.
WALLPAPER

This wall panel was irreplaceable. We did a fiberglass repair on the reverse side
to re-adhere the broken corner. We filled the cracks and gaps with a plaster epoxy,
hand painted the repair to match and sealed it for durability.

Wrinkling wallpaper is a common complaint in RVs.
If you can remove the hardware causing the wrinkles (in this case the 1" counter trim), a heat gun will
relax the paper and reactivate the adhesive. Any remaining damage we can repair and paint to match.
CORIAN & FORMICA

This fiberglass counter broke along the stove's edge and was irreplaceable. The first photo shows the counter after we reconstructed it with metal brackets. The second photo shows the final result, after we filled the gaps with two different epoxies, hand painted them, and sealed the surface with another clear epoxy and satin shine.

We can repair scratches and gouges on Formica or laminate counters.

We have also had success with glossy-surfaced Corian
or fiberglass counters. However,
long scratches are best remedied with
a buffing wheel and a plastic polish. For cracked counters,
we recommend replacement (or
removal, an epoxy repair, and reinstallation).
CARPET & FABRIC

Seaming large sections of carpet are best left to an installer, but we can do excellent repairs and piecing.

This mocha-colored carpet sun-faded to an olive green around the entry and on the left half of the step cover. Darker, richer colored carpets, such as blues, greens, and browns, can often be dyed to correct sun-fading, bleach, and other stains. Avoid using bleach on carpet; it disintegrates the underlying mesh and turns the carpet orange, making it more difficult to dye. Instead, try Folex which is available at most supermarkets or Smart & Final.

Fabrics with large, yarn-like threads can be repaired,
but fine-woven fabrics still show their damage, even with the best repairs.

A curved needle, upholstery thread, and patience are the only tools necessary to repair torn seams.
More extensive damage requires an upholsterer. Please click here for recommended upholsterers.
LEATHER & VINYL

Scratches, tears, burns, and giant holes can be inexpensively remedied.

We hand paint to match most multi-colored or patterned vinyls, as well as
ostrich or lizard-print ultraleathers, but larger repairs on the latter are not
recommended.

Costly and often irreplaceable dashes...

... and headliners can also be repaired.
